SANITATION FROM WILLARD D. CHADWICK AND BOBBY DORTON. FRED AND RICHARD <br />MORRILL ARE NOW REQUESTING AN ASSIGNMENT OF TRANSFER OF ANDY'S SANI- <br />TATION TO HARRIS SANITATION. <br />WILLIAM COBB, ATTORNEY, REPRESENTING FRED AND RICHARD <br />MORRILL) ANDY'S SANITATION, AND MR. NEILL, REPRESENTING HARRIS <br />SANITATION, APPEARED BEFORE THE BOARD. MR. COBB STATED THAT ANDY'S <br />SANITATION HAS BEEN WORKING IN THIS COUNTY UNDER AN ASSIGNMENT OF <br />TRANSFER THEY HAD PREPARED IN GOOD FAITH ON OCTOBER 1972, BUT IT <br />WAS NEVER BROUGHT BEFORE THE BOARD FOR PUBLIC HEARING AND THEIR <br />APPROVAL. <br />MR. COBB AND MR. NEILL ASKED IF ONE PUBLIC. HEARING COULD <br />BE GRANTED TO FIRST TRANSFER THE FRANCHISE FROM CHADWICK AND DORTON, <br />AND THEN WHEN APPROVED, TRANSFER THE FRANCHISE FROM THE MORRILLS TO <br />HARRIS SANITATION, <br />ATTORNEY COLLINS STATED THAT THE -REASON THERE CANNOT BE <br />ONE PUBLIC HEARING IS SPELLED OUT IN CHAPTER 59-1380, WHICH REQUIRES <br />A PUBLIC NOTICE TO'APPEAR ONE WEEK BEFORE THE PUBLIC HEARING IS <br />SCHEDULED, AND THERE WILL HAVE TO BE TWO PUBLIC HEARINGS - THE FIRST <br />ONE FROM CHADWICK AND DORTON TO THE MORRILLS. <br />ON MOTION BY COMMISSIONER SIEBERT, SECONDED BY COMMISSIONER <br />WODTKE, THE BOARD UNANIMOUSLY AUTHORIZED A PUBLIC HEARING RELATIVE <br />TO THE TRANSFER OF ANDY'S SANITATION FROM CHADWICK AND DORTON TO FRED <br />AND RICHARD MORRILL. <br />ON MOTION BY COMMISSIONER WODTKE, SECONDED BY COMMISSIONER <br />MASSEY, THE BOARD UNANIMOUSLY ADOPTED RESOLUTION No. 75-9 ESTABLISHING <br />NEW ELECTION PRECINCT BOUNDARIES. THE MAP OUTLINING THE NEW PRECINCTS <br />WAS PLACED ON FILE IN THE SUPERVISOR OF ELECTIONS OFFICE. THE LEGAL <br />DESCRIPTION IS BEING RECHECKED AND THIS RESOLUTION 75-9 WILL BE <br />IN THE MINUTES OF MARCH 19, 1975. <br />AT THE FEBRUARY 19, 1975 MEETING, THE COUNTY ADMINISTRATOR <br />DISCUSSED A LETTER FROM THE ROSELAND WOMEN'S CLUB REQUESTING THE <br />COUNTY TO INSTALL AN ADDITIONAL WELL AS THEIR WATER SUPPLY IS IN- <br />ADEQUATE. THE BOARD SUGGESTED THAT AN AGREEMENT BETWEEN THE COUNTY: <br />AND THE ROSELAND WOMEN'S CLUB ESTABLISHING FEES TO ORGANIZATIONS <br />WISHING TO USE THE CLUB BE INVESTIGATED. <br />COMMISSIONER MASSEY STATED THAT THEY HAVE SOLVED THEIR WATER <br />PROBLEM AND THAT THE PROBLEM WAS IN THE PIPES AND NOT THE WELL. <br />
