<br />granting an exclusive franchise for
<br />forty (40) years to:
<br />RALMAR ASSOCIATES,
<br />INCORPORATED
<br />3003 Cardinal Drive
<br />Vero Beach, Florida, 32960
<br />to erect, construct, operate and
<br />maintain a sewer system within all
<br />that part of Indian River County,
<br />Florida, located within the
<br />following -described boundary
<br />tines, to -wit:
<br />The South 300 feet of the North
<br />700 feet of Government Lot 1,
<br />Section 16, Township 33 South,
<br />Range 40 East, Indian River
<br />County, Florida.
<br />Franchise rates and hook-up
<br />charges will be as follows:
<br />58.50 per month per unit for
<br />kitchen and one bathroom;
<br />additional $4.00 per month for
<br />each additional bathroom or
<br />laundry or toilet having 8
<br />connection, directly or In-
<br />directly, to Owner's sewer
<br />lines. 5600.00 for sewer hook-up
<br />charge.
<br />Parties In interest and citizens

<br />APPEARED STATING THAT THIS PUBLIC HEARING HAS BEEN SCHEDULED RELATIVE TO
<br />THE APPROVAL OF A SEWER FRANCHISE FOR TREASURE COVE SUBDIVISION AND MADE
<br />HIS PRESENTATION.
<br />MICHAEL VREDENBURG APPEARED STATING THAT HE LIVES EAST OF THIS
<br />SUBDIVISION AND IS REQUESTING THAT=HiS..PROPERTY BE CONSIDERED IN_THE
<br />BOUNDARIES OF THIS FRANCHISE.
<br />MR. VREDENBURG WAS INFORMED THAT.HE SHOULD SPEAK WITH RALMAR
<br />ASSOCIATES, INC. TO SEE IF THEIR BOUNDARIES COULD BE EXTENDED TO INCLUDE
<br />HIS PROPERTY.
<br />THE CHAIRMAN ASKED IF ANYONE PRESENT WISHED TO SPEAK; THERE WERE
<br />NONE.
<br />ON MOTION BY COMMISSIONER SCHMUCKER, SECONDED BY COMMISSIONER
<br />SIEBERT, THEE OARD UNANIMOUSLY APPROVED A SEWER FRANCHISE FOR TREASURE
<br />COVE SUBDIVISION AND ADOPTED RESOLUTION N0.75-21.
