AREA BY APPROVING A TRIPARTITE AGREEMENT WITH THE CITY OF VERO BEACH <br />SO THAT THE CITY CAN SERVE UTILITIES TO HIS NEW OFFICE BUILDING, <br />DR. DAYTON STATED THAT THE HOSPITAL IS PAYING FOR THE UTILITY <br />LINES TO BE PUT IN FOR THE NEW HOSPITAL. THESE LINES WILL THEN BECOME <br />THE PROPERTY OF THE CITY OF VERO BEACH. 1. <br />DR, AMES STATED THAT THE TRANSMISSION LINES TO THE HOSPITAL a� <br />ARE AVAILABLE AND LARGE ENOUGH FOR THEIR USE, BUT THEY NEED A SEPARATE <br />ALLOCATION AND CANNOT COME UNDER THE HOSPITAL'S APPROVED ALLOCATION, <br />DR, AMES STATED THAT THE UTILITY REQUIREMENTS FOR THIS BUILDING <br />AND WHAT THEY WILL BE REQUESTING WILL BE FOR 30,000 GALLONS OF WATER AND <br />15,000 GALLONS FOR SEWAGE PER DAY, <br />COMMISSIONER SIEBERT QUESTIONED IF THE COUNTY GIVES UP THIS <br />SERVICE AREA TO THE CITY WILL IT OR WILL IT NOT COUNT AGAINST THE COUNTY'S <br />ALLOCATION FOR UTILITIES FOR THE UNINCORPORATED AREAS. <br />THE COUNTY ADMINISTRATOR STATED THAT HE FEELS IF THE BOARD <br />APPROVES THIS TRIPARTITE AGREEMENT WITH THE CITY AND VERO MED, IT WILL <br />REDUCE THE COUNTY'S TOTAL ALLOCATION, <br />ATTORNEY BURCH.STATED THAT THIS TRIPARTITE AGREEMENT SHOULD BE <br />PREPARED ONLY FOR THE AREA VERO MED IS PLANNING TO DEVELOP AND NOT FOR <br />ALL.THE PROPERTY THEY OWN. <br />ON MOTION BY COMMISSIONER SIEBERT, SECONDED BY COMMISSIONER <br />MASSEY, THE BOARD UNANIMOUSLY AUTHORIZED THE COUNTY ADMINISTRATOR, COUNTY <br />CONSULTING ENGINEERS AND THE COUNTY ATTORNEY TO PREPARE A TRIPARTITE AGREE <br />MENT BETWEEN THE COUNTY, VERO MED AND THE CITY OF VERO BEACH AND THAT THE <br />COUNTY ENGINEER REPORT BACK TO THE BOARD REGARDING THE COUNTY'S ALLOCATIONS <br />ALREADY MADE AND THE AFFECT ALL FUTURE ALLOCATIONS WILL HAVE ON THE TRI- <br />-PARTITE AGREEMENT, THE ALLOCATION TO BE INCORPORATED IN THIS AGREEMENT IS <br />FOR 30,000 GALLONS' PER DAY FOR WATER AND 15,000 GALLONS PER DAY FOR SEWER, <br />AT THE MEETING OF JUNE 4, 1975, A REQUEST FOR TENTATIVE APPROVAL <br />OF RIVER TREES SUBDIVISION WAS CONTINUED UNTIL THIS MEETING. <br />THE COUNTY ADMINISTRATOR PRESENTED A REVISED PLAN OF RIVER TREES <br />SUBDIVISION, WHICH MEETS ALL SUBDIVISION REVIEW COMMITTEES REQUIREMENTS, <br />ON MOTION BY COMMISSIONER SIEBERT, SECONDED BY COMMISSIONER <br />WODTKE, THE BOARD UNANIMOUSLY GRANTED TENTATIVE APPROVAL OF THE REVISED <br />PLAN OF RIVER TREES SUBDIVISION OWNED BY C.
