1 <br />1 <br />L1 <br />TUESDAY, FEBRUARY 18th 1930. <br />The Board of County Commissioners in and for Indian River County, Florida, met at <br />the Court House in Vero Beach, at 10 o'clock A.M.Tuesday, February 18th 1930, -with the <br />following members of the Board present: Albert 0. Helseth, Chairman; J. D. Yongue; <br />J. J. P. Hamilton and John H. Atkin. Absent J. W. ZeBruce. Also present were Miles <br />Warren, Clerk and Clark S. Rioe, Sheriff. <br />The pay rolls for labor on the County roads being presented by the County <br />Engineer were approved, and warrants ordered issued against the toad & Bridge fund <br />in settlement of same. <br />E. G. Franks appeared before the Board regarding the apportionment of County <br />Insurance policies. It was agreed that the matter would be taken up before the <br />regular meeting to be held in March. <br />There being no further business on motion made, seconded and carried the Board <br />adjourned until the regular meeting to be held in March 1930. <br />ATTEST: ► <br />Chairman. <br />1 e r k. <br />TUESDAY, MARCH 3rd 1930. <br />The Board of County Commissioners in and for Indian River County, Florida, met at <br />the Court House in Vero Beach, at 10 o'clock A.M.Tuesday, March 3rd 1930, with the <br />following members of the Board present: Albert 0. River County, Florida, met at <br />the Court House in Vero Beach, on Wednesday, March 4th 1930 at 10 o'clock A.M.with the <br />e <br />following members of the Board present: Albert 0. Helseth, Chairman; <br />J. D. Yongue; J.J.P.Hamilton and John H. Atkin. Absent J. V. baBruce. Also present <br />were Miles Warren, Clerk and Clark S. Rice, Sheriff. <br />The minutes of the previous meetings were read and approved. <br />S. A. Braswell and Mrs Fred P. Park, of Sebastian, appeared before the Board res- <br />pecting <br />es- <br />pesting Fred P. Park, now in the County Jail at Fort Pierce, under sentence of the County <br />Court. It being brought to the attention of the Board that Park had been rejected by <br />the physician for Osceola County for road work. <br />On motion .of Commissioner Hamilton, seconded by Com'r. Yongue, it vas ordered that <br />Fred P. Park be returned to Indian River County to .serve the remainder of his sentence <br />in charge of the Sheriff of this County. <br />It being made to appear to the satisfaction of the Boatd that Pat Conklin serving <br />sentence in jail at Fort Pierce, which sentence was imposed by the County Court of this <br />County has been rejected for road work by the physician of Osceola County, it was <br />ordered that he be returned to Indian River County to complete his sentence under the <br />Jurisdiction of the Sheriff. <br />
