HE CON- <br />TINUED THAT THERE IS A STRIP OF LAND ON.WABASSO'ROAD THAT IS ZONED COMERCIAL, <br />THERE ARE NO COMMERCIAL BUILDINGS IN THE AREA, BUT THERE ARE RE- <br />SIDENTS IN THE AREA. MRS.
