RESOLUTION NO. 75-48 <br />WHEREAS, the Zoning Commission.of Indian River County, Flor- <br />ida, did, after public hearing, make its final report recommend- <br />ing changes and additions to the Zoning Ordinance of Indian River <br />County, Florida; and, <br />WHEREAS, this Board did publish its notice of said recommend- <br />ed changes and additions and did, pursuant thereto, hold a public <br />hearing in relation thereto at which parties in interest and citi- <br />zens were heard: Now, therefore, - <br />BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Commissioners of Indian <br />River County, Florida, that the Zoning Ordinance of Indian River <br />County, Florida, and the accompanying Zoning Map, be changed as <br />follows: <br />1. That the Zoning Map be changed in order that the following <br />J <br />> property owned by Harriet Wilson, situated in Indian River County, <br />Florida, to -wit: <br />The South 660 feet of the SE 1/4 of SE 1/4 of Section <br />30, Township 31 -South, Range 39 -East, Indian River <br />County, Florida. <br />Be changed from C-1 Commercial District, to R -1E Country <br />Estate District. <br />All within the meaning and intent and as set forth and <br />described in said Zoning Regulation. <br />JUL 231975 <br />� ' -a�r182 <br />
