<br />SIONER WODTKE, THAT THE REQUEST FOR A SANITATION FRANCHISE BY HARRIS
<br />SANITATION BE DENIED. FOR THE FOLLOWING REASONS:
<br />I. HARRIS SANITATION IS A NAME ONLY COMPANY AND IS
<br />ACTUALLY OWNED BY WASTE WATER MANAGEMENT COMPANY,
<br />2. THAT THIS IS NOT THE TIME FOR ANOTHER FRANCHISE HOLDER
<br />TO COME INTO THIS COUNTY.
<br />COMMISSIONER SIEBERT STATED THAT THIS IS NO REFLECTION ON
<br />MR, HARRIS AND WHAT HE PRESENTED TODAY, HIS SERVICES ARE VERY GOOD, BUT
<br />FOR THE REASONS HE HAS HEARD, HE WOULD HAVE TO OPPOSE THIS APPLICATION,
