BURCH • Kam HARRIS <br />Attorney to the Board <br />INDIAN RIVER COUNTY <br />ROAD AND BRIDGE DEPARTMENT <br />dt` <br />MEMORANDUM <br />August 1, 1975 <br />A Subdivision Review Committee meeting was held in the County <br />Commission Room of the Indian River County Courthouse at 4:00 P.M. <br />" on Thursday, July 31st. 1975. .The following people were in <br />attendance: <br />Mr. & Mrs..Julian W. Lowenstein, Realtor -Developer; James T. <br />Vocelle, Attorney for J. W. Lowenstein; S. P.. Musick, Surveyor for <br />River Shores Estates; James L. Beindorf, Consulting Engineer on <br />Sewer and Water for Indian River County; R. M. Berg,Indian River <br />County Planning Department; David Allender, Planning Department <br />Assistant; Howard Pautzke, Indian River County Zoning Department; <br />Eric S. Nuzie, Florida Department of Environmental Regulations; <br />.Robert Chauncey, Indian River County Health Department; and Jack <br />G. Jennings, County Administrator. <br />The meeting was called to order to review the request for <br />tentative approval of a proposed plan of development for River <br />Shores Estates Subdivision, Unit No. 5. <br />Messrs. Musick and Vocelle presented the proposed project in <br />detail and were available to answer questions from the Subdivision <br />Review Committee (S.R.C.) A roundtable discussion was held with <br />each department representative presenting hisquestions in turn. <br />When all discussions were concluded, the Chairman polled the. S.R.C. <br />regarding the following question: <br />That the proposed.plan of River Shores Subdivision, Unit No. 5 <br />. be submitted to the Board of County Commissioners of Indian River <br />County with recommendations for tentative approval and subject to <br />all required permits from governmental regulatory agencies being <br />obtained before construction is completed and the final plat recorded <br />•in the public records of Indian. River County, Florida. <br />The members of the S.R.C. voted as follows: <br />Howard, Pautzke, Zoning - Aye <br />• E. Nuzie, Dept. of Environmental Regulations - Aye <br />J. Beindorf, County Consulting Engineer - Aye <br />R. Chauncey, Health Department - Aye <br />R.
