<br />THIS,.,HE HAS MADE CONSIDERABLE CONCESSIONS TO PREPARE SOMETHING THAT
<br />COULD BE DEVELOPED IN P 0TECTING THE LAND AND WE SHOULD DEFINITELY
<br />GIVE HIM THE OPPORTUNITY TO PROCEED TO SEE IF THIS AREA CAN BE DEVELOPED.

<br />MISSIONER MASSEY, TO GRANT TENTATIVE APPROVAL OF RIVER SHORES ESTATES,
<br />UNIT 5, AS PRESENTED BY JAMES VOCELLE, ATTORNEY, AND S. P. MUSICK, SUR—
<br />VEYOR, AND DEVELOPER .JULIAN W. LOWENSTEIN.
<br />COMMISSIONER MASSEY INFORMED THE BOARD THAT MR. LOWENSTEIN IS
<br />NOT A NEW DEVELOPER TO INDIAN RIVER COUNTY,
<br />CHAIRMAN LOY STATED THAT IF IT IS SHOWN THAT THIS LAND IS
<br />DETRIMENTAL TO THE ENVIRONMENT, IT WILL NOT BE DEVELOPED.
<br />THE CHAIRMAN CALLED FOR THE MOTION. THE BOARD VOTED AND THE
<br />MOTION WAS CARRIED UNANIMOUSLY.
