• <br />SEP 1 0 1975 <br />RADIO 90W TOTAL COST $644,00 <br />FEDERAL COST -SHARE $322.00 <br />THE TOWN OF INDIAN RIVER SHORES IS THE COMMUNITY RECEIVING <br />THE RADIO. <br />MR, MURPHY STATED THAT PROOF OF PURCHASE IS TO BE SUPPLIED <br />TO THE DIVISION OF FORESTRY NO LATER THAN JANUARY 1, 1976. <br />THE CHAIRMAN THEN SIGNED THE RECEIPT FOR THE CHECK, WHICH <br />WAS IN THE AMOUNT OF $322.00. <br />THE COUNTY ADMINISTRATOR INFORMED THE BOARD OF A REQUEST FROM <br />ALCO-HOPE INC. TO GRADE THE ALCO-HOPE ENTRANCE AND CIRCLE DRIVEWAY. <br />ALCO-HOPE INC. IS PARTIALLY FUNDED BY THE MENTAL HEALTH DISTRICT <br />BOARD THROUGH THE FUNDING MECHANISM OF THE MEYER'S ACT. <br />ON MOTION BY COMMISSIONER SIEBERT, SECONDED BY COMMISSIONER <br />WODTKE, THE BOARD UNANIMOUSLY APPROVED THE REQUEST FROM ALCO-HOPE INC. <br />TO HAVE THEIR ENTRANCE AND CIRCLE DRIVEWAY GRADED BY COUNTY FORCES. <br />THE COUNTY ADMINISTRATOR INFORMED THE BOARD THAT ON JULY 24, 1974 <br />ESTHERRYMER REQUESTED APPROVAL TO HAVE THE COUNTY FORCES MOVE A DRAINAGE <br />SWALE, LOCATED IN MELROSE GARDEN SUBDIVISION, 20 FEET FROM THE EDGE <br />OF HER PROPERTY TO THE CENTER OF THE ADJOTNI4G COUNTY OWNED PARK <br />AND TO ABANDON THE ORIGINAL EASEMENT AT MRS. RYMER'S EXPENSE. THE <br />BOARD INSTRUCTED THE COUNTY ADMINISTRATOR TO INVESTIGATE THIS. <br />THE COUNTY ADMINISTRATOR CONTINUED THAT AT THE FEBRUARY 5,1975 <br />MEETING HE INFORMED THE BOARD THAT THE COUNTY FORCES COULD DO THIS WORK_. <br />AT AN APPROXIMATE COST TO MRS. RYMER OF $600.00. MRS, RYMER THEN <br />SUGGESTED THAT THE TREES BE LEFT AND THE NEW SWALE BE DUG AROUND THEM <br />AND THAT SHE WILL HAVE THE SWALE DUG AND THE ORIGINAL DITCH FILLED IN. <br />THE BOARD HAD NO OBJECTION TO THE ABOVE REQUEST IF, UPON COMPLETION, <br />THE COUNTY ADMINISTRATOR INSPECTS IT AND FINDS THE GRADE TO BE PROPER <br />AND THAT IT DRAINS THE WATER, <br />THE COUNTY ADMINISTRATOR NOW STATES THAT THE WORK HAS BEEN <br />COMPLETED, HE HAS INSPECTED AND APPROVED IT AND REQUESTS THE BOARD <br />TO APPROVE THE RELEASE OF EASEMENT. <br />ON MOTION BY COMMISSIONER SIEBERT, SECONDED BY COMMISSIONER <br />MASSEY, THE BOARD UNANIMOUSLY APPROVED THE RELEASE OF EASEMENT AND <br />AUTHORIZED THE SIGNATURE OF THE CHAIRMAN, WHEN THIS RELEASE OF EASEMENT <br />IS COMPLETELY SIGNED IT WILL BE MADE A PART OF THE ..
