SEP 2 41975 <br />AGREEMENT <br />THIS AGREEMENT Made and entered into this 2,c7�- <br />day of at,ce , 1975 by and between TEN COINS ON THE <br />OCEAN, INC., a Florida corporation, hereinafter referred to as <br />TEN COINS; DALE L. TALBERT, SR., of Vero Beach, Indian River <br />County, Florida, hereinafter referred to as TALBERT; and RALMAR <br />ASSOCIATES, INCORPORATED, an Iowa corporation authorized to <br />transact business in the State of Florida, hereinafter referred <br />to as RALMAR; <br />WITNESSETH: <br />WHEREAS, TEN COINS and TALBERT are the owners of certain <br />property located in Government Lot 1, Indian River County, Florida, <br />said property being more particularly described as follows: <br />The South 200 feet of the North 400 feet of <br />Government Lot 1, Section 16, Township 33 South, <br />Range 40 East, Indian River County, Florida, <br />subject to existing right of way for State Road <br />A1A; <br />WHEREAS, the above-described property owned by TEN COINS <br />and TALBERT is located immediately North of and contiguous to <br />property owned by RALMAR; and <br />WHEREAS, in connection with. the property owned by RALMAR, <br />a sewer franchise has been granted by the Board of County Com- <br />missioners of Indian River County, Florida, by virtue of Resolution <br />75-21, known as TREASURE COVE SUBDIVISION SEWER FRANCHISE, dated <br />April 23, 1975; and <br />WHEREAS, TEN COINS and TALBERT desire that their property <br />be included within the sewer franchise area, and have agreed that <br />TEN COINS shall pay all expenses incident to legal and engineering <br />services required for the inclusion of the TEN COINS and TALBERT <br />properties into the sewer franchise area. <br />R Ok <br />x;:460. <br />
