Bids for • <br />materials other than fuel and signs <br />should be submitted on your let- <br />terhead or bidding forms. <br />The Board of County Com- <br />missioners reserves the right to <br />refect any or all bids and to make <br />awards in such manner as they <br />consider to be in the best interests <br />of Indian River County. <br />Bids for each item shall be in <br />separate envelopes securely <br />sealed and plainly marked on the <br />outside to show the material being <br />bid on, the item number as shown <br />in the specifications and the date <br />and time of the opening.
