RESOLUTION NO. 75-73 <br />WHEREAS, the .Zoning Commission of Indian River County, <br />Florida, did, after public hearing, make its final report <br />recommending changes and additions to the Zoning Ordinance <br />of Indian River County, Florida; and, <br />WHEREAS, this Board did publish its notice of said re,- <br />commended <br />e-commended changes and additions and did, pursuant thereto, hold <br />a public hearing in relation thereto at which parties in inter- <br />est and citizens were heard: Now, therefore, <br />BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Commissioners of <br />Indian River County, Florida, that the Zoning Ordinance of <br />Indian River County, Florida, and the accompanying Zoning Map, <br />be changed as follows: <br />1. That the Zoning Map be changed in order that the <br />?following property owned by Edward Slechta, situated in Indian <br />River County, Florida, to -wit: <br />The West 10 acres of the East 20 acres of Tract 5, <br />Section 15, Township 33 -South, Range 39 -East, accord- <br />ing to the last. general plat of lands of the Indian <br />River Farms Company filed in the office of the Clerk <br />of the Circuit Court of St. Lucie County, Florida, in <br />Plat Book 2, page 25; said land now lying and being <br />in Indian River County, Florida, less road right-of- <br />way (Citrus Road). <br />Be changed from R-1 Single Family District, to A - <br />Agricultural District. <br />All within the meaning and intent and as set forth and <br />described in said Zoning Regulation. <br />NOV 1 9 1975 <br />BOOK <br />4 PA d57 <br />
