DEC 1 7 1975 <br />INDIAN RIVER COUNTY ORDINANCE NO. 75-7 <br />AN AMENDMENT TO INDIAN RIVER COUNTY ORDINANCE NO. <br />71-3 TO ADD A NEW DEFINITION OF GASOLINE SERVICE <br />STATION. <br />BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS <br />OF INDIAN RIVER COUNTY, FLORIDA,, that Indian River County <br />Ordinance 71-3 is hereby amended by substituting the following <br />definition for the present definition of "Gasoline Service <br />Station": <br />GASOLINE SERVICE STATION: <br />Any building or land used for retail sales and <br />dispensing of motor vehicle fuels or oils, whether <br />self-service or not. A service station may furnish <br />supplies, equipment and minor repair services, in- <br />cluding tires, to vehicles incidental to selling and <br />dispensing of motor vehicle fuels and oils. <br />This Ordinance shall take effect on December 29, 1975. <br />Klux <br />
