• <br />RESOLUTION NO 2003- 103 <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF <br />COUNTY COMMISSIONERS OF INDIAN RIVER COUNTY, FLORIDA, that <br />the Indian River County Community Development Director or his designee is hereby <br />delegated authority to execute any and all Releases pertaining to accessory dock <br />agreements where a certificate of occupancy has been issued for a principal residence. <br />The resolution was moved for adoption by Commissioner Neuberger and the <br />motion was seconded by Commissioner Gi nn <br />vote was as follows: <br />Kenneth R.
