<br />specifications may be obtained at
<br />the office of the County Road and
<br />Bridge Department, Room 115,
<br />Courthouse, Vero Beach, Florida,
<br />or will be mailed upon request.
<br />All bids shall be In an envelope,
<br />securely seated, and marked on
<br />jhe outside "Bid for Backhoe -
<br />Loader, opening date January 21,
