ro <br /> 9 <br /> RESOLUTION 2004 -146 <br /> WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Indian River County, in <br /> conjunction with the City of Vero Beach if so moved by City Council, propose to make a <br /> formal joint Enterprise Zone application to the Governor's Office of Trade, Tourism and <br /> Economic Development on behalf of the designated area. <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF COUNTY <br /> COMMISSIONERS OF INDIAN RIVER COUNTY, FLORIDA, that: <br /> 1. The Board of County Commissioners supports the request to nominate an area <br /> to include the Gifford Community, along with the areas including and surrounding the Vero <br /> Beach Municipal Airport, as a designated Enterprise Zone. <br /> The resolution was moved for adoption by Commissioner WPP1 Pr , and <br /> the motion was seconded by Commissioner Davi s , and, upon being <br /> put to a vote, the vote was as follows: <br /> Chairman Arthur R.
