<br />AMENDED MINING ORDINANCE WITH THE BOARD,
<br />ATTORNEY COLLINS STATED THAT UNDER ITEM 7 - PROVISIONS FOR CONTINUING
<br />OPERATION — IT STATES THAT SITE PLANS SHALL BE SUBMITTED WITHIN 180 DAYS,
<br />THE 180 DAYS WAS ESTABLISHED DURING A TRANSITIONAL PERIOD, AND IT WAS HIS
<br />FEELING THAT IT BE CHANGED TO 30 DAYS.
<br />MR. WALKER STATED THAT ALL MINING OPERATORS HAVE SUBMITTED THEIR
<br />PLANS, AND THEY HAVE BEEN APPROVE?D.
