Siebert Jr. <br />Chairman <br />Feb. 22, 1976. <br />ATTORNEY COLLINS EXPLAINED THAT UNDER THE OLD ORDINANCE BEFORE THE <br />BOARD COULD APPROVE REZONING, THE PLAT HAD TO BE RECORDED, AND YOU CANNOT <br />RECORD SOMETHING THAT IS NOT REZONED. THEREFORE, IT WAS AN UNWORKABLE <br />ORDINANCE. <br />CHAIRMAN SIEBERT NOTED THAT THE PROPOSED AMENDMENT TO ORDINANCE <br />No. 71-3 WILL REQUIRE A PRELIMINARY PLAT. <br />VAL BRENNAN, PLANNING DIRECTOR, STATED THAT HE WOULD LIKE PEOPLE <br />TO COMMIT THEMSELVES TO SOME KIND OF PLAN TO SHOW THE BOARD WHAT THEY INTEND <br />TO DO WITH THEIR PROPERTY. <br />q�4 <br />MAR 10'1976 ��oa <br />
