MAR 10 197 <br />DEAN LUETHJE OF BEINDORF & ASSOCIATES ASKED IF MR. BRENNAN MEANT <br />THAT A TENTATIVE PLAN WOULD BE SUBSTITUTED FOR A PRELIMINARY PLAT. <br />ATTORNEY COLLINS STATED THAT THE CONCEPT IS TO REQUIRE A TENTATIVE <br />PLAN AT THE TIME THE ZONING IS INITIATED. <br />MR. LUETHJE SUGGESTED THE WORDING CALL FOR A TENTATIVE PLAN FOR <br />THE ENTIRE PARCEL ON WHICH THEY ARE ASKING FOR A ZONING CHANGE. <br />DISCUSSION FOLLOWED IN REGARD TO WHETHER A "PLAN" OR "PLATO SHOULD <br />BE REQUIRED. <br />MR, LUETHJE POINTED OUT THAT IN REGARD TO THE PROPERTY HE WAS <br />REPRESENTING, THEIR PLAN SHOWS THE ENTIRE 60 ACRES THAT WILL EVENTUALLY BE <br />DEVELOPED, BUT THE PLAT SHOWS ONLY THE FIRST UNIT OF APPROXIMATELY ZO ACRES. <br />CHAIRMAN SIEBERT NOTED THAT THE ZONING COMMISSION MAY RECOMMEND <br />APPROVAL OF THE REZONING BASED UPON A PRELIMINARY PLAN, BUT ONCE THE ZONING <br />IS GRANTED, THEY STILL HAVE TO FILE A PLAT AND GO THROUGH THE SUBDIVISION <br />REVIEW PROCESS. <br />ATTORNEY COLLINS SUGGESTED CHANGING THE WORDING OF THE LAST PARA- <br />GRAPH OF THE PROPOSED ORDINANCE TO READ: "THE TONING COMMISSION MAY RECOMMEND <br />APPROVAL OF A MOBILE HOME SUBDIVISION ON THE BASIS OF A PRELIMINARY PLAN <br />THAT SHALL ACCOMPANY THE ZONING REQUEST." <br />OW MOTION BY COMMISSIONER SCHMUCKER, SECONDED BY COMMISSIONER Loy, <br />THE BOARD UNANIMOUSLY ADOPTED ORDINANCE N0. 76-5 AS REWORDED BY ATTORNEY <br />COLLINS, <br />p <br />6 <br />�l <br />
