SCHMUCKER, of 2695 Whippoorwill Lane, Vero Beach, Florida, who says: <br />1. This affidavit is given pursuant to Florida Statues Chapter 112:313 <br />which provides standards of conduct for officers and employees of state <br />agencies, counties, cities and other political subdivision, legislators and <br />legislative employees. <br />2. That I am a duly elected County Commissioner of Indian River County, <br />Florida, and that in addition to my duties as County Commissioner, I am a <br />licensed professional engineer in Florida and engage in private practice as <br />a consulting engineer. <br />3. That I am the President of TOTAL DEVELOPMENT, INC., a Florida <br />Corporation in good standing which corporation has represented the clients: <br />Mr. Joe Roschach, Sunquest, Inc., to request a replat of Westgate Colony, Unit II <br />for land described as follows: The North 196 feet of Tract 2 as recorded in <br />Plat Book 5, Page 84, Indian River County and Mr. Alvert Gervais, Gervais <br />Subdivision, to request for tentative approval for land described as follows: <br />A resubdivision of Lot 35 & 36, A.A. Berry's Subdivision of Section 21 of the <br />Fleming Grant, according to Plat filed in the office of the Clerk of the Circuit <br />Court of St. Lucie County, Florida, in Plat Book 2, Page 14; said land lying and <br />being in Indian River County, Florida. <br />4.
