RESOLUTION NO. 2004- 132 <br />WHEREAS, refusal to provide reimbursement for debris removal for this large <br />area of Indian River County would negatively affect the community at -large and place a <br />great strain on those affected citizens, as well as on Indian River County. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE INDIAN RIVER COUNTY <br />BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS, THAT: <br />1. The Board of County Commissioners hereby petitions the Federal Emergency <br />Management Agency to reimburse expenses incurred by Indian River County related to: <br />removing hurricane -generated debris from private roadways as a result of Hurricane <br />Frances and Hurricane Jeanne. <br />This Resolution was moved for adoption by Commissioner <br />Adams and the motion was seconded by Commissioner <br />Lowther , and, upon being put to a vote, the vote was as follows: <br />Chairman Caroline D.
