RESOLUTION NO. 2004- 132 <br /> WHEREAS, refusal to provide reimbursement for debris removal for this large <br /> area of Indian River County would negatively affect the community at-large and place a <br /> great strain on those affected citizens, as well as on Indian River County. <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE INDIAN RIVER COUNTY <br /> BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS, THAT: <br /> 1. The Board of County Commissioners hereby petitions the Federal Emergency <br /> Management Agency to reimburse expenses incurred by Indian River County related to : <br /> removing hurricane-generated debris from private roadways as a result of Hurricane <br /> Frances and Hurricane Jeanne. <br /> This Resolution was moved for adoption by Commissioner <br /> Adams and the motion was seconded by Commissioner <br /> Lowther , and, upon being put to a vote, the vote was as follows: <br /> Chairman Caroline D.
