RESOLUTION NO. 2005-149 <br /> A RESOLUTION'OF INDIAN RIVER COUNTY, FLORIDA, ADOPTING <br /> A FINAL BUDGET FOR FISCAL YEAR 2005-2006 FOR CERTAIN <br /> NONTAXING FUNDS OF INDIAN RIVER COUNTY. <br /> WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Indian River County has held the <br /> necessary budget hearings as provided by Florida law, has considered all expenditures set forth <br /> in the budgets, and now determines that adoption of the budgets is in the best interest of the <br /> citizens of Indian River County; <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF COUNTY <br /> COMMISSIONERS OF INDIAN RIVER COUNTY, FLORIDA, that the Board of County <br /> Commissioners hereby adopts the budgets set forth for the following funds: <br /> Housing Authority Fund $ 176,509 <br /> Other Special Revenue Funds $72,552,623 <br /> Other Debt Service Fund $ 1,246,233 <br /> Capital Projects $27,506,577 <br /> Enterprise Funds $42,794,813 <br /> Internal Service Funds $21,010,369 <br /> The resolution was moved for adoption by Commissioner Neuberger, and the <br /> motion was seconded by Commissioner Bowden, and, upon being put to a vote, the vote was <br /> as follows: <br /> Chairman Thomas S. Lowther Aye <br /> Vice Chairman Arthur R. Neuberger Aye <br /> Commissioner Sandra L. Bowden Aye <br /> Commissioner Wesley S. Davis Aye <br /> Commissioner Gary C.
