FORM 7015,5 WHERE THE BUDGET ADDS UP TO $180,000, <br />MR. BRENNAN <br />CONTINUED THAT 75% OF THIS YEAR'S PROGRAM HAS BEEN <br />COMPLETED, BUT WE HAVE <br />NOT SPENT 75% OF THE MONEY. HE NOTED THAT IT LOOKS <br />AS IF THE $44,000 <br />ALLOTTED FOR REHABILITATION AND REMOVAL OF DETERIORATED BUILDINGS WILL NOT <br />SPR 281976 <br />
