III <br />May 17, 1976 <br />Board of County Commissioners <br />Indian River County <br />County Court House <br />14th Avenue <br />Vero Beach, F1. 32960 <br />Gentlemen; <br />Please be advised that Mr W E Jenkins did appear before the Board <br />of Supervisors of the Indian River Farms Water Management District <br />at their regular meeting of May 13, 1976, to request a statement of <br />position as pertaining to the existing barrow pit on his property <br />adjacent to the south side of the North Relief Canal right of way <br />in the southeast a of Section 15-32-39. <br />After report of an on site inspection of the existing barrow pit <br />and contiguous north relief canal right of way, the Board of Super- <br />visors agreed and duly made a part of their minutes that they had <br />no objections to the existing borrow pit subject to the following <br />provisions: <br />1. That no further material be dug, mined or otherwise removed <br />within one hundred and fifty (150) feet of the south right of way <br />of the north relief canal. <br />2 That the existing vegetation along the north side of said pit <br />not be disturbed or removed in any way that may reduce the stabil- <br />izing effect it has on said bank. <br />Respectfuly-s4bmitted, <br />
