Since the county is <br />allowed to establish a lower limit, the maximum purchase price <br />for both new homes and existing homes for Indian River County <br />is hereby established as $154,696.00, corresponding to the <br />FHA's maximum purchase price for the county. The <br />sale/purchase price of a home includes all components that <br />make up the home's total value including land value, site <br />improvements, impact fees, and unit construction costs. <br />6. Combined Assistance Strategy Awards for Housing Units <br />Eligible sponsors or persons may qualify to receive assistance <br />under one or more of the IRCLHAProgram's Assistance <br />Strategies.
