SECTION 2. The Board of County Commissioners directs the Community <br />Development Director to execute and submit an application to the Florida <br />Department of Community Affairs for State approval. <br />SECTION 3. The Board of County Commissioners authorizes and directs the <br />Community Development Director to submit additional information in a timely <br />manner as may be required by the Florida Department of Community Affairs. <br />SECTION 4. The Board of County Commissioners authorizes the <br />Community Development Director to sign any subsequent forms as needed for the <br />CDBG application and project. <br />SECTION 5. This Resolution shall take effect immediately upon its passage. <br />The foregoing resolution was offered by Commissioner Neuberger , and seconded <br />by Commissioner <br />Davi s <br />, and being put to vote, the vote was as follows: <br />Chairman, Thomas S.
