RESOLUTION NO. 2005- 106 <br /> NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Commissioners <br /> of Indian River County, Florida that : <br /> Section 1 . <br /> The above recitals are ratified in their entirety <br /> Section 2 . <br /> The attached Indian River County Hurricane Housing Recovery <br /> Plan for FY 2005-2006, 2006-2007 , and 2007-2008 is hereby <br /> approved by the Board of County Commissioners . <br /> Section 3 . <br /> The Board of County Commissioners directs staff to submit two <br /> copies of the Indian River County Local Housing Assistance <br /> Plan to the Florida Housing Finance Corporation by certified <br /> mail . <br /> Section 4 . <br /> The county shall utilize fifteen percent ( 150) of the state <br /> HHR allocation for administration of the HHR Program. <br /> Section 5 . <br /> The county' s Hurricane Housing Recovery Plan applies <br /> countywide, and it is applicable to the unincorporated county <br /> area and to all municipalities within the county. ; <br /> Section 6. <br /> The county requests that the Florida Housing Finance <br /> Corporation reduce the Hurricane Housing Recovery Plan <br /> 2 <br />
