RESOLUTION NO. 76-47 <br />WHEREAS, INDIAN RIVER COUNTY is desirous of obtaining <br />additional recreational lands; and <br />WHEREAS, the TOWN OF INDIAN RIVER SHORES owns land <br />described as: <br />Tract 9, Section 21, Tow.,ship 32 South, <br />Range 39 East, Indian River Farms Company <br />Subdivison, as recorded in Plat Book 2, <br />page 12, St. Lucie County, Florida Public <br />Records <br />and <br />WHEREAS, the TOWN OF INDIAN RIVER SHORES has offered to <br />lease the above described property to INDIAN RIVER COUNTY for <br />the.purpose of providing additional recreational lands; and <br />WHEREAS, the terms of said Lease offered by the TOWN OF <br />INDIAN RIVER SHORES are acceptable to INDIAN RIVER COUNTY; <br />NOW,.THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF COUNTY <br />COMMISSIONERS OF INDIAN RIVER COUNTY, FLORIDA, that the <br />Chairman be authorized to execute a Lease Agreement with the <br />TOWN OF INDIAN RIVER SHORES to jease the above described <br />property for recreational purposes, under terms and conditions <br />as set out in said Lease. <br />This Resolution shall become effective as of the 7th <br />day of July , 1976. <br />BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS OF <br />INDIAN RZJVER COUNTY, FL , I . <br />By: <br />Willard .
