ORDINANCE NO. 76-14 <br />WHEREAS, the Zoning Commission of Indian River County, Flor- <br />ida, did, after public hearing, make its final report recommend- <br />ing changes and additions to the Zoning Ordinance of Indian River <br />County, Florida; and <br />WHEREAS, this Board did publish its notice of said recommend- <br />ed changes and additions and did, parsuant thereto, hold a public <br />hearing in relation thereto at which parties in interest >nd citi- <br />zens were heard: Now, therefore, <br />BE IT ORDAINED by the Board of County Commissioners of Indian <br />River County, Florida, that the Zoning Ordinance of Indian River <br />County, Florida, and the accompanying Zoning Map, be amended as <br />follows: <br />1. That the Zoning Map be changed in order that the follow- <br />--) ing property owned by J. P. Harp, Applicant/Agent Gordon Chaffee, <br />situated in Indian River County, Florida, to -wit: <br />The North 291 feet of the West 5 acres of the West 10 <br />acres of the East 21.18 acres of Tract 1, Section 28, <br />Township 32 -South, Range 39 -East, according to the last <br />general plat of Indian River Farms Company filed in the <br />office of the Clerk of the Circuit Court St. Lucie County, <br />Florida, in Plat Book 2, page 25; said land now lying and <br />being in Indian River County, Florida. , <br />Be changed from R-2 Multiple Family District, to M-1 <br />Restricted Industrial District. <br />All within the meaning and intent and as set forth and de- <br />scribed in said Zoning Regulation. <br />This Ordinance shall take effect on the 29th day of July, 19760 <br />JL 2 11976 qo6r 2` :A `� <br />
