<br />Florida, has tentatively approved the following
<br />changes and additions to the Zoning Ordinance
<br />of Indian River County, Florida, which
<br />changes and additions are substantially as

<br />ASSISTANT PLANNER BERG STATED THAT THIS PROPERTY IS SOUTH OF
<br />14ABASSO ROAD NEXT TO THE SCHOOL AND THERE IS ALSO A CHURCH IN THAT LOCA—
<br />TION. MRS. WHITFIELD WOULD LIKE TO HAVE R -Z ZONINS AND SUBDIVIDE THIS
<br />PROPERTY, BUT SHE WISHES TO MAKE IT INTO ONE ACRE TRACTS AND THE PLANNING
<br />DEPARTMENT HAS RECOMMENDED R -IE WHICH CALLS FOR ONE ACRE TRACTS AND WOULD
<br />BE MORE IN LINE WITH THE COMPREHENSIVE PLAN. HE NOTED, HOWEVER THAT
<br />SUCH A ZONING WOULD REQUIRE —1,600 SQUARE FEET OF LIVINS AREA,
<br />COMMISSIONR MASSEY DISCUSSED THE PROBLEM OF DRAINAGE, AND MR.
<br />BERG NOTED THAT THE SUBDIVISION REVIEW COMMITTEE WILL GO OVER THIS AND
<br />MAKE RECOMMENDATIONS BEFORE IT CAN BE SUBDIVIDED.
