ATTORNEY COLLINS THOUGHT <br />THIS COULD BE HANDLED IN THE ADVERTISEMENT. <br />I <br />ATTORNEY COLLINS STATED HE FELT IT IS IN THE BEST INTERESTS OF <br />THE BOARD TO HAVE SOME MARKET COMPARABLES IN ORDER TO HAVE SOME BASIS ON <br />WHICH TO ACCEPT OR REJECT BIDS AND SUGGESTED THAT HE AND THE COUNTY COORDI- <br />NATOR BE AUTHORIZED TO OBTAIN THESE COMPARABLES BEFORE ADVERTISING. <br />IN FURTHER DISCUSSION IT WAS FELT THAT THE SALE OF THESE PROP- <br />ERTIES SHOULD BE ACCOMPLISHED BEFORE THE END OF THE YEAR IN ORDER TO GET <br />THEM BACK ON THE TAX ROLLS, <br />ON MOTION BY COMMISSIONER SCHMUCKER, SECONDED BY COMMISSIONER <br />MASSEY, THE BOARD UNANIMOUSLY INSTRUCTED THE ATTORNEY, WORKING WITH COUNTY <br />COORDINATOR THOMAS, TO NOTIFY THE MUNICIPALITIES THAT THE COUNTY IS CON- <br />SIDERING THE SALE OF THESE PROPERTIES, AND TO DETERMINE WHETHER THEY HAVE <br />ANY INTEREST IN THEM. <br />t ON MOTION BY COMMISSIONER Loy,SECONDED BY COMMISSIONER SCHMUCKER, <br />THE BOARD UNANIMOUSLY INSTRUCTED THE ATTORNEY AND THE COUNTY COORDINATOR <br />TO ESTABLISH COMPARABLE VALUES ON THOSE PROPERTIES UNDER CONSIDERATION FOR. <br />SALE. <br />16 :» <br />ABoos <br />UG 41976 <br />
