Dole, Clerk. <br />The County Engineer was instructed to marl a, distance of 800 feet from State Road <br />East on road G-7. <br />The County Engineer mas instructed to loan one Ford Truck Dump Body to Chas. <br />Kersey. <br />It was ordered that road be marled on B-2 Wiest of W.E,3exton's place for a dis- <br />tance of approximately 1/4 of a mile. <br />It was moved by CommissionerxAtkin, Seconded by Com'r. LaBruce that the County <br />Attorney foreclose the mortgage an the Keffer place at a fee of $200.00. Same was <br />carried. <br />The several bills and accounts against the County having been audited, were <br />examined and found to be correct were approved, and warrants ordered issued in settle- <br />ment of same. The warrants so drawn from the respective funds, being listed comple- <br />tely in the County Finance Record, as provided by law, and reference to such County <br />Finance Record and the list so recorded being made a part of these minutes as fully <br />and completely as if the said warrants were set out herein in detail. <br />The County Depository filed its monthly report showing receipts and disbursements <br />for the month of April, which having been check was found to be correct. <br />Therek being no further business on motion made, seconded and carried the Board <br />then adjourned, until Friday May 9th 1930. . <br />Ilk <br />iU %.rte, <br />EMENWOM <br />M Mil . <br />
