RESOLUTION NO. 76-73 <br />AMENDING RESOLUTION NO. 76-67 <br />WHEREAS, ROBERT GRICE was appointed to the Indian <br />River (bunty Zoning Commission as an appointee from District 5; <br />and <br />WHEREAS, the criteria for appointments has changed; <br />and <br />WHEREAS, the appointive seat from District 3 has <br />recently been vacated through a resignation; <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF COUNTY <br />COMMISSIONERS OF INDIAN RIVER COUNTY, FLORIDA, That ROBERT GRICE <br />shall continue to serve his term as a Member of the Indian River <br />County Zoning Commission but shall serve as appointee from <br />District 3 rather than District 5. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED BY THE BOARD <br />OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS OF INDIAN RIVER COUNTY, FLORIDA, that <br />Resolution No. 76-67 is hereby amended by rewording Paragraph 2 <br />and correcting Paragraph 3 to read District 3 instead of Dis- <br />trict 5. <br />This Resolution shall become effective as of the <br />6th day of October, 1976. i <br />BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS OF <br />INDIAN IVER COUNTY, LORIDA <br />By <br />Willard/W.!Si bert, J firman <br />Attest: e- xi A A47A . <br />Ralph Ham is, Clerk � _ <br />Book 27 ?A^T 02 <br />I <br />
