ORDINANCE N0. <br />WHEREAS, the Zoning Commission of Indian River County, Flor- <br />ida, did, after public hearing, make its final report recommend- <br />ing changes and additions to the Zoning Ordinance of Indian River <br />County, Florida; and <br />WHEREAS, this Board did publish its notice of said recommend- <br />ed changes and additions and did, pursuant thereto, hold a public <br />hearing in relation thereto at which parties in interest and citi- <br />zens were heard: Now, therefore, <br />BE IT ORDAINED by the Board of County Commissioners of Indian <br />River County, Florida, that the Zoning Ordinance of Indian River <br />County, Florida,.and the accompanying Zoning Map, be amended as <br />follows: <br />1. That the Zoning Map be changed in order that the follow- <br />ing property owned by Alvin H. and Lula Carlsward, situated in <br />Indian River County, Florida, to -wit: <br />The West 10 Acres of East 20 Acres of Tract 6, AND The <br />East 10 Acres of Tract 6, in Section 30, Township 32 - <br />South, Range 39 -East according to the last general plat <br />of Indian River Farms Company filed in the office of the <br />Clerk of the Circuit Court of St. Lucie County, Florida. <br />Be changed from A -Agricultural District, to R-1 Single <br />Family District <br />All within the meaning and intent and as set forth and de- <br />scribed in said Zoning Regulation. <br />This Ordinance shall take effect on the 25th day of October, 1976. <br />e <br />OCT 2 01976 se <br />271, <br />
