<br />NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the
<br />Zoning Commission of Indian River County,
<br />Florida, has tentatively approved the following
<br />changes and additions to the Zoning Ordinance
<br />of Indian River County, Florida, which '
<br />changes and additions are substantially as
<br />follows:
<br />W. That the Zoning Map be changed In
<br />order that the following described property
<br />situated in Indian River County, Florida, to -
<br />wit:
<br />Beginning at a point which is 50 feet East of
<br />a point 104.5 feet South of the center of
<br />Section 13, Township 33 -South, Range 39 -
<br />East; thence run East to the Old Dixie
<br />Highway; thence run Southerly along the
<br />said Dixie Highway 104.5 feet; thence run
<br />West to a point which is 104.5 feet directly
<br />South of the Point of Beginning; thence run

<br />STREET), AND IS ZONED R -I. HE NOTED THAT THE NEIGHBORHOOD IS RESIDENTIAL
<br />IN CHARACTER, BUT THERE IS COMMERCIAL USE ON THE OTHER SIDE OF OLD DIXI.E.
<br />MR. BERG STATED THAT THE PLANNING DEPARTMENT RECOMMENDS DENIAL OF THIS
<br />REQUEST BECAUSE IT IS NOT IN CONFORMITY WITH THE COMPREHENSIVE LAND USE
<br />PLAN.

<br />RECOMMENDS DENIAL OF THIS REQUEST,
<br />CHAIRMAN SIEBERT ASKED IF THE APPLICANTS WERE IN THE AUDIENCE.
