OFFICIAL RECORD tou J35 FAcE572 SECTION III The demised premises shall be used during the term only for an above grade pumping station for the Indian River County Water Transmission Line. SECTION IV Lessee shall pay the rent reserved to the lessor without deduction, default or delay. In the event of lessee's failure to do so, or in the event of a breach of any of the other terms of this agreement or 'assee's failure to observe the conditions herein contained on the part of the lessee to be performed, it shall be lawful for the lessor, at its option to terminate this lease and the terms hereof, as well as the right, title and interest of the lessee hereunder; and the lessee shall immediately quit and surrender to the lessor the demised premises and every part thereof, and lessor may enter into or repossess the demised premises by running proceedings, or otherwise. SECTION V Lessee shall not transfer or assign this lease and shall not sublet the demised premises or any part thereof except on the prior written consent of lessor and any transfer, assignment or sub -lease to the contrary shall be voidable at the option of lessor. SECTION VI i There is hereby reserved to lessor the right to grant the demised premises during the term of this lease, or to grant easements or rights-of-way on the pre- mises for any purpose authorized by law and to extend such pipes as are necessary thereto from the lessor's water treatment plant. SECTION VII The lessor reserves the right to sell or otherwise dispose of the demised premises, or any portion thereof as provided for by law which sale or disposition will be subject to these presents. SECTION VIII Lessor through its authorized agents shall have the right at all times to enter the demised premises for the purpose of inspection thereof. SECTION IX Lessor hereby covenants with lessee that lessee shall at all times during the term, peaceably and quietly, have, hold, and enjoy the demised premises without e e• DEC 11976 7, 39 .
