MILLER NOTED THAT HAVING THE SITE TIED DOWN WOULD MAKE THE <br />PROJECT THAT MUCH EASIER. HE STRESSED THE IMPORTANCE OF.THE SELECTION OF <br />THE PROPER SITE AND POINTED OUT THAT YOU CAN LIVE WITH A SMALLER SITE IF <br />YOU USE A DIFFERENT METHOD, <br />MR. HOWARD AND MR. MILLER ESTIMATED, WITH A QUICK RESOLUTION <br />IN REGARD TO A SITE, THEY COULD CARRY OUT THE WORK WITHIN A MAXIMUM OF <br />THREE MONTHS, <br />THE INTERVIEW TERMINATED, AND MR. HOWARD AND MR. MILLER LEFT, <br />MESSRS. ROY COWELL AND .JAMES YOUNG APPEARED, REPRESENTING <br />STOTTLER STAGG & ASSOCIATES, <br />COMMISSIONER Loy DETERMINED THAT THERE WERE NO OTHERS PRESENT <br />IN THE COMMISSION ROOM THAN THE REPRESENTATIVES OF STOTTLER STAGG & <br />ASSOCIATES AND INFORMED THEM THAT THIS INTERVIEW IS BEING CONDUCTED AS <br />REQUIRED IN PARAGRAPH 2, STATE RESOURCE RECOVERY MANAGEMENT PROGRAM, <br />CHAPTER 17-7, FLORIDA ADMINISTRATIVE CODE, <br />MR. COWELL MADE THE PRESENTATION, AND EXPLAINED CHARTS SHOWING <br />THEIR METHODOLOGY SIMILAR TO THOSE PRESENTED IN THE EARLIER INTERVIEW, <br />HE THEN SPOKE BRIEFLY OF THE QUALIFICATIONS OF THE PEOPLE WHO WOULD WORK <br />ON THIS PROJECT AND NOTED THAT MR.
