<br />THIS EASEMENT, Executed this 1st day of December, 1976, by WILLIE
<br />BROWN and IRENE BROWN, his wife, whose address is Route 1, Box 31, Oslo Road,
<br />Vero Beach, Florida 32960, parties of the first part, to INDIAN RIVER COUNTY,
