BRENNAN STATED THAT THIS PUBLIC HEARING IS FOR THE PURPOSE OF HEARING PUBLIC INPUT AND COUNTY COMMISSION DISCUSSION IN REGARD TO THE PRE—APPLICATION FOR THE COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT BLOCK GRANT PROGRAM FOR 1977, HE NOTED THAT THIS IS THE FIRST OF TWO PUBLIC HEARINGS AND THE PRE—APPLICATION MUST BE SUBMITTED TO HUD IN .JACKSONVILLE NOT LATER THAN JANUARY 7, 1977.
