RESOLUTION NO. 2006-110 <br />4. It requests enforcement of the highest maintenance standards to <br />be followed by all parties responsible for storm water drains, retention ponds and <br />parking lots that are either directly or indirectly flowing into the 16th Street Drainage <br />Ditch/System. <br />5. It requests the City of Vero Beach, St. John's River Water <br />Management, the U.S. Department of Environmental Protection and/or other permitting <br />agencies to deny any permits submitted by the Bridgewater Development or <br />subsequent developments for docks or boat slips to be built on the 3rd Avenue and 14th <br />Street Canals based on pollution, water quality and quantity and neighborhood <br />compatibility issues. <br />6.
