Hurricane Wilma poses a serious threat to the lives and property of residents <br /> of Indian River County and that a State of Local Emergency is hereby <br /> proclaimed and declared, effective immediately, for all of Indian River <br /> County, including, all unincorporated and incorporated areas. The State of <br /> Local Emergency will be in effect for seven (7)days, unless further extended <br /> by the Board of County Commissioners. <br /> 2.
