RESOLUTION NO. 2008-166 <br />3. The Board encourages the voters of Indian River County to become informed <br />on the merits of Constitutional Amendment No. 6 and to vote "Yes" on <br />Constitutional Amendment No. 6 in the November 4, 2008 General Election. <br />This Resolution was moved for adoption by Commissioner Wesley S. Davis <br />and the motion was seconded by Commissioner Joseph E. Flescher and, upon being <br />put to a vote, the vote was as follows: <br />Chairman Sandra L. Bowden Aye <br />Vice -Chairman Wesley S. Davis Aye <br />Commissioner Joseph E. Flescher Aye <br />Commissioner Peter D. O'Bryan Aye <br />Commissioner Gary C.
