RESOLUTION 77-11 <br />WHEREAS, the Department of Transportation has requested of <br />the BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS OF INDIAN RIVER COUNTY, <br />FLORIDA, that a Resolution be passed authorizing the oversizing of <br />that drainage line lying between the Indian River and U. S. Highway #1 <br />paralleling 17th Street, and <br />WHEREAS, the City of Vere, Beach has agreed to participate on <br />a 50/50 basis with Indian River County towards the cost of oversizing, <br />and <br />WHEREAS, the engineering estimate for oversizing is Thirty -Two <br />Thousand Three Hundred Sixty -Nine Dollars ($32, 369.00). <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF <br />COUNTY COMMISSIONERS OF INDIAN RIVER COUNTY, FLORIDA, <br />that the Board of County Commissioners agrees to oversize that drainage <br />line lying between the Indian River and U. S. Highway #1, paralleling <br />17th Street, which costs of oversizing shall be approximately $32, 369, 00, <br />with the understanding that the City of Vero Beach and Indian River <br />County will share 50/50 in said cost, and <br />BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF COUNTY <br />COMMISSIONERS OF INDIAN RIVER COUNTY, FLORIDA, that the <br />Department of Transportation is authorized to proceed with the oversizing <br />project as above defined. <br />This Resolution shall become effective as of the 23rd day of <br />February 1944, <br />BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS OF <br />INDIAN RIVER COUNTY, FLORIDA <br />By: (! ),P�A <br />William C.
