NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF COUNTY <br />COMMISSIONERS OF INDIAN RIVER COUNTY, FLORIDA, That: <br />1. The scurrilous charges made by the Urban League <br />of Palm Beach, County, Inc. are without foundation or <br />basis and apparently made in Resolution form without <br />review by its President, Robert E. Moultrie. <br />2. The Board reaffirms its appointment of William C. <br />Wodtke, Jr. as a member of the Mental Health Board <br />District 9 and suggests that William C. Wodtke Jr.'s <br />efforts and organization work on behalf of the Mental <br />Health Board District 9 have set an example worthy of <br />others to follow. <br />-3. The individual Members of the Board of County <br />Commissioners of Indian River County, Florida are <br />individually signing this Resolution as an expresssion <br />of confidence on behalf of William C. Wodtke, Jr. <br />4. Copies of this Resolution be forwarded to Governor <br />Ruebin 0'D Askew, Congressman Paul B. Rogers, Martin <br />County Commission, Okeechobee County Commission, Palm <br />Beach County Commission, St. Lucie County Commission <br />and the Urban League of Palm Beach County, Inc. <br />This Resolution shall become effectiv/ep as of the 23rd <br />day of February, 1977.
