s <br /> RESOLUTION 2003-042 <br /> A RESOLUTION OF THE BOARD OF <br /> COUNTY COMMISSIONERS OF INDIAN <br /> RIVER COUNTY, PURSUANT TO SECTION <br /> 125.38, FLORIDA STATUTES (2002), <br /> AUTHORIZING THE CONVEYANCE OF <br /> SURPLUS PERSONAL PROPERTY TO THE <br /> ASSOCIATION FOR RETARDED CITIZENS <br /> OF INDIAN RIVER COUNTY. <br /> WHEREAS, Indian River County has possession of certain excess personal <br /> property more particularly described as <br /> Four CPR Manikins No Asset Number <br /> One Pentium 200 MMK Computer Asset # 18288 <br /> One Hospital Bed No Asset Number <br /> Three Wheel Chairs No Asset Number <br /> One Whirlpool Washer Asset # 16176 <br /> One Whirlpool Dryer Asset # 16176-10; <br /> One 1992 4-Door Ford Taurus Asset # 13717 <br /> and <br /> WHEREAS, the Association of Retarded Citizens for Indian River County, Inc., a <br /> non-profit corporation organized under the laws of the State of Florida, has applied by <br /> letter dated 12-18-2002 to the Board of County Commissioners to obtain the ownership <br /> of the enumerated items of personal property; and <br /> WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Indian River County found <br /> no further u se f or said personal property and declared such personal property to be <br /> surplus at its regularly scheduled meeting held on April 1, 2003; <br /> NOW THEREFORE.
