The Association for Retarded Citizens of Indian River County, Inc., having <br /> applied to the Board of County Commissioners for the conveyance of the above <br /> described personal property, the Board of County Commissioners is satisfied that the <br /> conveyance of the property will promote community interest and welfare, and is not <br /> needed for county purposes. <br /> 2. The subject property may be conveyed to the Association for Retarded <br /> Citizens of Indian River County, Inc., for$1, for the purpose of providing aid and support <br /> to the mentally challenged citizens of Indian River County in general. <br /> The resolution was moved for adoption by Commissioner <br /> Ginn and the motion was seconded by Commissioner <br /> Adams , and, upon being put to a vote, the vote was as follows: <br /> Chairman Kenneth R.
