By the River, Inc. <br />Amenities: <br />November 2006 <br />40 - <br />The goal of By the River is to meet the physical, emotional, recreational, social religious <br />and/or other similar needs of the frail elderly. To this end, incorporated in the plans are many <br />amenities that compile the living and lifestyle of By the River's development. <br />Physical & Recreational amenities: outdoor recreation, including walks through nature trails, <br />river view seating and a common area with indoor activities including community TV- <br />video/lounge area, movies, chess/card games, bingo, and a computer/library room.
