� s � <br />RESOLUTION NO. 77-28 <br />p <br />WIIEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Indian River <br />County, Florida have been requested to release the rear lot line <br />easements, lying on the rear_•of the rear lot lines of Lots 1 &•lA, <br />and the side lot easements, lying on either side of the side lot lines <br />of Lots 2 & 3, and the North side lot line of Lot 4, of Block D, Unit <br />2, OSLO PARK SUBDIVISION, as recorded in Plat.Book 4, page 13, Public <br />records of Indian -River County, Florida; and <br />WHEREAS, said 5 foot side lot line easements were dedicated <br />on the Plat of said OSLO PARK SUBDIVISION for public utility purposes; <br />and <br />WHEREAS, the request for such release for easement has been <br />submitted in proper form; <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF COUNTY <br />COMMISSIONERS OF INDIAN RIVER COUNTY, FLORIDA, that the following rear & <br />side lot line easements in OSLO PARK SUBDIVISION shall. be released, <br />abandoned and vacated as follows: <br />The rear lot line easements being 10 feet along the South line <br />of Lots 1 &'lA, Block D, and the side lot easements being 5 <br />feet along the North and South line of Lots 2 & 3, Block D, <br />and 5 feet along the North line of Lot 4, Block D, Unit 2, <br />OSLO PARK SUBDIVISION, as recorded in Plat Book 4, page 13, <br />Public records of Indian River County, Florida; <br />BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Chairman of the Board of <br />County Commissioners and theClerkof the Circuit Court be, and they <br />are hereby authorized and directed to execute a release of said lot <br />line easements* hereinabove referred to in form proper for recording <br />.and placing in the Public Records of Indian River County, Florida. <br />This 23rd day of March ,.1977. <br />BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS <br />OF INDIAN <br />'� RIVER COUNTY, • LORIDA <br />BY /l� e.,t!it�4_4'M t� <br />William C.
