RELEASE OF EASEMENT <br />This Release of Easement executed this 23 day of February , <br />1977, by the BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS OF INDIAN RIVER <br />COUNTY,.FLORIDA, a Polotical Subdivision of the State of Florida, <br />first party, to MONTE MANN AND DONNA L. MANN, his wife, whose <br />address is Rt 1 Box 52, Vero Beach, Florida, party of the second part, <br />WITNESSETH: <br />-That the said party of the first part for and in consideration <br />of the sum of ONE ($1.00) DOLLAR and other good and. valuable con- <br />sideration in hand paid by the said second party, does hereby remise, <br />release, abandon and quit claim unto the second party forever, all the <br />right, title, interest, claim and demand which the said first party has <br />in and to the following described easement, lying on land situate in the <br />County of Indian River and State of Florida, to -wit: <br />The.rear lot line easements being 10 feet, lying on the rear of the <br />rear lot lines of Lots 1 & 1A, and the side lot easements being 5 <br />feet, lying on.either side of the side lot lines of Lots 2 & 3, <br />and the North side lot line of Lot 4, of B_=ck D, Unit 2, <br />OSLO PARK £ULDIVISION, recorded in Flat Book 4, page 13, Public <br />records of Indian River County, Florida. <br />TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the same with all and singular the <br />appurtenances thereunto belonging or in anywise appertaining and all <br />the estate, right, title, interest, equity and claim whatsoever of the <br />said first party either in law or equity to the only proper use, benefit <br />and behoof of the said second party forever. <br />IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the said first party has signed_ and sealed <br />these presents by the parties so authorized by law the,day and <br />year first above written. <br />BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS <br />OF INDIAN RIVER COUNTY, FLORIDA <br />BY Y4 <br />William C.
